grateful resort experience
free refreshments good food convenient shuttle
i had a great jet2 holiday in a junior suite with half board. the meals had a good selection. there were free tea, coffee, and juice with biscuits at the bar in the afternoon. pool towels were provided at no cost and available throughout the week
the shuttle bus to town was quite crowded at times and didn't always run frequently.

the restaurant offered menu options via a touchscreen for selecting meal times. a dedicated children's menu was available, thus catering to younger guests. breakfast included options for packed meals consisting of juice, water, fruit, and cake for early departures.

the pool was 1.4m deep and provided free towels to use all week. many sporting activities kept families entertained. there was live music available during the evening, providing entertainment after dinner.

the room had sky news and bbc news channels on the tv. the suite was spacious and included a balcony. views overlooked the lake and offered pleasant scenery from the room.

The staff assisted with winery tour arrangements at Vini Columbo. they arranged transportation to a restaurant in town. staff were friendly and helpful. They provided assistance with various requests, such as arranging transportation.

fantastic stay with great amenities
clean room excellent breakfast helpful staff
i stayed in a double or twin room lake view. it was really clean. the breakfast had excellent scrambled eggs. the hotel staff was very helpful organizing a winery visit for me.
